The Riad is located in the historical center of the city - the Medina - a pedestrian quarter so beautiful and typical that it has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The Riad is only a few meters from the ocean, the central square and the harbor. This beautiful oasis offers 10 rooms with typical Moroccan beldi” style bathrooms and modern furnishings. A magical place to relax and forget the passing of time. The "Riad Baladin" offers several places to relax & meet together:

• The Patio's: with a private jacuzzi (for 1-4 people), a shower, 2 fountains and a glass-table with leather coussins & free WIFI.
• The Whirlpool: to use in daytime or in the evening (10€/hour)
• The Massage Room: daytime or evening (30€/person/hour)
• The Saloon's: a fireplace, a huge sofa, 2 long tables, 2 round tables and free access to the Internet by WIFI & DVD.
• The Terrace on the lower level: for breakfast or apéro, chaises-longues to relax nearby a little fountain & WIFI for free.
• The Terrace on the upper level: chaises longues to take a sunbath with view to the sea and the old town/the Médina.
