The Riserva Teo Musso range welcomes a new iconic Barley Wine: let’s welcome Xyauyù 2018!
Just like its “sisters” in the Xyauyù range, Xyauyù 2018 looks clear, with no carbonation.
The scent is dominated by aromas of caramel and dried figs preserved in alcohol, with warm, alcoholic and enveloping notes. Surprisingly, the taste is unusually fresh, with notes of almond nougat, fruit preserved in alcohol, hints of wood and a gently bitter finish.
The perfect pairing for this Barley Wine? Sweets, of course. Chocolate (in all its forms and shapes), dry pastries or soft cream puddings.
