Petit Baladin opens at Eataly Torino Lingotto
On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, celebrating the arrival of spring, Petit Baladin officially opens at Eataly Lingotto Torino.
Baladin's craft, farm beers will be offered in combination with the kitchen’s delicious pop dishes and in a unique new context, including a series of educational activities organized in collaboration with Eataly.
Petit Baladin opens on the ground floor of Eataly Lingotto. The striking large bar is surmounted by an unmistakable message: “From the Earth to the Glass” - the philosophy that has always guided Teo Musso’s brewery.
The colors of the interior room are reminiscent of the elements of the earth, and all the wall tell of Baladin, craft beer and the brewery’s Italian agricultural supply chain.
The rich menu of burgers (including some vegetarian options) is complemented by tantalizing tidbits such as the “fatate Baladin” potatoes, chicken fingers and falafels. The menu also features pork shank cooked in Brune beer and beer desserts: birramisù and eggnog made with Super, served with homemade cookies.
All the food can be enjoyed with one of the 6 beers on tap, or one of the beers on the beer menu, which includes the full range of products brewed at Teo Musso’s farm brewery. Spirits, beer cocktails and gin and tonics mixed with Gin Baladin and the natural tonics produced by Baladin complete the offer.
The educational activities at Petit Baladin will involve master brewers and experts to create a rich and varied educational offer, targeted at the many beer enthusiasts or just anyone who would like to know more about the amazing world of craft beer. The activities will be organized in collaboration with Eataly.
