National Gluten free gets the Crossed Grain!
Introduced in 2018, Nazionale Gluten Free immediately became a big hit thanks to its taste and aroma, which earned it major wins in the international World Gluten Free Beer Awards competition.
A 100% Italian beer - brewed exclusively with ingredients sourced from Italy, mostly grown directly by Baladin - it is made with a selected variety of Carnaroli rice. This allows us to keep within the legal limits of a gluten-free beer (gluten content of no more than 20 ppm).
Since 2024, thanks to the work of the Baladin brewery's production and quality team, it has obtained the important, internationally recognized Crossed Grain certification.
After scrupulous testing, the trademark is licensed by the Italian Celiac Disease Association and is extended by independent international bodies. It tells that Baladin meets and complies with strict requirements in the production and packaging process.
This symbol immediately and unambiguously identifies packaged food products with a gluten content of no more than 20 parts per million.
