Sitting on his terrace overlooking Langhe hills on a summer night, Teo comes up with Amaro Baladin. Everything started while Teo was ‘playing’ with some spices, mixing them in a glass of Beermouth, in order to emphasize its bitter nuances.
The result surprises him and he decides to work on a new recipe, a special combination between our Xyauyù beer and a herbs and roots’ infusion.
