100% Italian with wheat, passionflower, and chamomile

BOTANIC BLANCHE

This is how we make... Non alcoholic beer

Hazy Straw-Yellow Color with a Delicate White Foam

On the nose, the floral notes of chamomile stand out, closing with a pleasant hint of cereals.

On the palate, the sweet notes of malted cereals are well-balanced by a distinct yet harmonious bitterness from the hops and orange peel. The finish reveals a long-lasting bitter flavor of gentian root.

BOTANIC BLANCHE
history

Botanic Blanche is an alcohol-free wheat beer, top-fermented and traditionally brewed with Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast. With a low-calorie content, it was crafted by Teo to express floral aromas, balanced by a pleasant bitterness from hops grown in Piozzo.

Part of the Botanic line, it represents a stylistic exercise for the brewmaster, aiming to create a flavorful and characterful beer, while maintaining a light body.
